Actually the logs are pretty clear

then you have no problem to solve?

match_list_match:ool-4355399b.dyn.optonline.net
<http://ool-4355399b.dyn.optonline.net>: no match

Where the possibility of there ever being a match are slim and none.
The server is on a dynamic network.

how is that relevnt to the subject?

The only way that info is found is via verbose logging.

I UNDERSTAND THAT POSTFIX WON'T SHUT UP ABOUT MATCHING NETWORKS.

I tried to everything from deleting mynetwork entirely from the conf to setting it to
0.0.0.0 /0.0.0.0 <http://0.0.0.0>

so what's the issue then if all is working

you reported "cannot send emails -> NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT" with no *non-debug* logs and if you seek help you need to provide that logs from connection to reject or have look rule out the problem at your own
