Many ISPs block traffic to remote port 25. Possible solutions:
- Connect to remote port 587 (submission) instead of remote port
25 (smtp),
- Send mail through the ISP's relay host, so that your system does
not have to connect to remote port 25,
- Or get a business account from the ISP, that allows you to connect
to remote port 25.
