There is no "undefined" in Postfix so you have a bug in your
database lookups.
Test the queries (as seen in logfile) by hand.
When a result does not exist, the database MUST return NOTFOUND
The database MUST NOT return an empty result.
The database MUST NOT return "undefined" or other crap.
