That's the problem after all. SPF/DKIM whatever is no tool against SPAM and should never be used that way. In fact around 80% of the spam we got has valid SPF and is perfectly DKIM signed. From valid mail only ~20% does pass such criteria. For me this looks like the big provider strive to exclude the smaller ones from the market.

But as always YMMV
