I am commenting on your mistake of using the string "IPv4" in your
main.cf:postscreen_whitelist_interfaces setting.
That usage is not supported by the documentation. If Postfix is not
working as expected, then that may explain why.
However, you may have made other mistakes that also prevent Postfix
from working properly. It is entirely possible that correcting the
above mistake will not end your problem.
