"postscreen_whitelist_interfaces (default: static:all)

A list of local postscreen(8) server IP addresses where a
non-whitelisted remote SMTP client can obtain postscreen(8)'s
temporary whitelist status. ..."

"A list", just list them. If an address is in the list, that one is
usable for a client to obtain whitelist status. If an address is
*not* in the list or is listed as an !exception, a client that hits
that address will not be whitelisted ... until it tries on one that
IS in the list.

The default, "static:all", makes all addresses eligible for
whitelisting.

Also note: "This feature is available in Postfix 2.9 and later."

If this did not answer your question, start again with what you are
trying to accomplish. Show postconf -n and the logs showing the
problem.

Personally: I am hesitating to step into email on IPv6. The IPv4
antispam strategies which have been very successful won't work in
Sixland. I think a default deny policy might be the only way to
safely receive mail on IPv6.
