This last item is nothing to sneeze at.  It means you can see at a
glance how much of your mail has been through the filter, vs. how much
has yet to be filtered.

I am a convert to this point of view.  For complex requirements, one
must treat Postfix as an MTA toolkit, from which one builds an MTA.
