This is certainly not simpler then.
I would suggest that your simplicity metric is not the right one,
simplicity is about ease of understanding and ongoing maintenace,
more than about effort to set it up. It takes more effort to build
something "simple" than to build a "mess".

Multiple instances avoid the internal complexity of a single Postfix
instance that is trying to do too much by jumping through complicated
configuration hoops.

Multiple instances also give you a more clear view of the state of
the system with clearer log entries, separate queues for filtered
and unfiltered mail, ...

Operationally a multi-instance system is easier to support. It
takes a small bit of effort to build, this is well worth it.

Maybe it's the way my brain works but what you are suggesting seems more complicated to me. I'm sure you are very versed in setting up multiple postfix instances, however, I'm not. Every example I've seen on the Internet on how to set up multiple instances does not take into consideration my configuration which a relay server with absolutely no authentication and no user accounts. They are also setup with multiple IPs which may not be horrible for my situation but I was simply trying to figure out if I could just do it with one IP and multiple ports. And one very important difference not a single one is using both amavis and s/mime services on the same machine which is working fine on my machine so far. I've ran into a roadblock trying to get DKIM signing to work on top of everything else. So originally I was simply looking for a way for the DKIM signing to be the last step and if possibly setting up a *smtpd_milters*= line in master.cf would work and where would I set that up?

I wouldn't be opposed in setting up the multiple instances as long as I can get some help setting it up but I'm going to need specific instructions and information. If this is something you are willing to do, I would be more than happy to do it.

Thanks
