this is much more a IMAP(Sieve thing than postfix

remember that postfix is even not responsible for your sent-folder
on a IMAP-server because these messages are stored there by your
mail-client after send over SMTP was successful

i would try it on the dovecot-list or whatver IMAP/Sieve
server you are using

however - SECURITY: how will you make sure that all these people
can not delete randomly messages?

for my feelings a mailserver is wrong for this
a bugtracker like bugzilla will maybe a better solution
