Well, for starters, lose the HTML format crap. Plain ASCII is perfectly
acceptable and far easier to reply to. While you are at it, lose the
"Top Posting" technique. Also, be sure to trim extraneous material out
of your replies. No one needs 20 copies of the same crap.

Since you are using Postfix 2.9x, there are new options available
for use in reporting problems. Please read the "postconf" man page for
further information. For starters, "postconf -MF" and "postconf -nf"
can be used to harvest configuration details regarding Postfix.
