No, it is saying that no address is associated with the hostname, 
"localhost". The specifics of why it tried to resolve "localhost", 
and why that failed, are not known to us.

The default value for alias_maps is /etc/aliases. I don't know any 
OS/distro which changes this to /etc/postfix/aliases .
