And a default Spamassassin config includes Spamcop for scoring: http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/DnsBlocklists: Having "reject_rbl_client bl.spamcop.net" on top of scoring with it in SA caused this problem. It's not Spamcop's fault the student's email was rejected. I dare say it was the mail OP's fault for not having his server configured properly. -- Stan
