You've made the same mistake Thomas did recently. Describe the nature
of the problem or need and let us recommend solutions. Don't state what
you think are possible solutions and ask us to pick between, when we
haven't been told what the actual overall goal is.
Is this a poor man's support desk setup or something else? If the
former, get some real help desk management software or other ticketing
software. You'll be much happier.
If the need is something else, please describe the workflow.
