Please think. Are they connecting from the same machine that can't send mail to your SMTP server? No. > they can ping my server. so DNS is fine Think again. Are they pinging from the same machine that can't send mail to your SMTP server? I repeat my suggestion that you collect real data to show that those SMTP packets from gmail actually reach you. Because when you finally discover that they don't then you can go and fix the real problem. Wietse
