The remote SMTP server at 204.132.58.6 says that it does
not accept the email, when it replies with:
554 Format restriction violation. Email Session ID: {4DA765B1-6-6565EC3F-FFFF}
If remote SMTP server at 204.132.58.6 server delivers the email
anyway, then it does not correctly implement the SMTP protocol.
