the point was that i normally use "reply-all" in standard-communication
and as example your message has "Reply-To: mouss+nob...@netoyen.net"
so the normal "reply" would never see the list, that is why i
use really the most time "reply-all"

vietses message had really a "reply to " header, but this is overwritten
with "reply-all", but even on a maling-list from a mailserver we should
not think that everybody is reading every header of a message and not
thinking at every mail what button is the best "reply", "reply-all"
or "reply-list" -> so a simple "sorry" with a short descriptin
why as i did should be enough

with "bug" i meant only that if thunderbird is able to detect a
list-message it could do the right action to make it not necessary
think about every message which button to use
