Yeah.  The simplest thing would be ditching FreeBSD 7.1 support (FreeBSD
7.1 will be discontinued after tomorrow).

Surely an upstream modification shouldn't introduce regressions either,
so let's not make too much noise about that but hope that Kristof or you
can come up with a refined patch :)
