Maybe, but if they are running a mailserver form dial-up ranges
mail seems not to be important for them because since many years
such ranges are blocked on many servers and spamfilter-services

We got a new iprange on a business line which was faulty marked as
dial-up and there was a lot of troubles until fixed from ISP

sorry, but this does not interest anybody
a v-server is cheaper than the energy for the box
