Following the general bulk mail policies  will help. 
Do the following 
* Clearly indicate bulk mails with list-subscription info headers
* Use SPF & DKIM 
* Process all your bounces .. remove bouncing ids, they do maximum
damage to your ip reputation.
* Sign up for feedback loops wherever possible 
* Try getting confirmation from all the users that they want to receive
the mails. There is no point sending mails to inactive accounts.
