Thus the reason I also recommended setting up rate limited delivery to such
domains.  It may be a "cheaper" solution with similar delivery results and less
headaches.  It wasn't all that long ago that another OP had the exact same
problem, and rate limiting via transport specific smtp clients was suggested as
a solution.  I don't recall seeing feedback from that OP regarding that
solution.  In this case I'd say no negative feedback means it's working.
