You cannot route mail based on mail headers. This message arrives in your mailbox, but your address is not listed in mail headers. If you route it to the header address you will repost it to this list, create a loop, and get unsubscribed pretty quickly, after annoying a lot of subscribers. If your requirements are applicable to the envelope sender address and envelope recipients instead.
