Postfix's built in agents, local(8) and virtual(8), are intentionally simple and have no such feature. More sophisticated agents, such as procmail; Dovecot's deliver; or maildrop, *can* support such a feature. Postfix can work with just about any delivery agent in local or virtual mailbox contexts. If Exchange is delivering the mail as the final destination, you should seek advice with Exchange gurus.
