This is definitely more an Exchange question than a Postfix one, but as I'm already using Postfix for greylisting and will probably be using SpamAssassin fairly soon, I thought I'd ask it. Some anti-spam software that works with Exchange can deliver spam messages to a Spam folder in a user's mailbox. Is there any facility in Postfix to allow that?
