the server got a list of domains (those domains mail servers use this server as relayhost)to relay out and does only smtp out; what could be wrong in the above config; appreciate ur assistance upon this

What's in those access maps? Chances are, you accepted a message that couldn't be delivered.

Forward to an account that's gone/over-quota? Or maybe you're relaying for anyone who *claims* to be from one of your domains?
