  In defense of the OP.  As a web hosting/internet services provider,
I've received requests for this feature from customers who wanted only
their domain to show up in headers, reverse IPs and the in the SMTP
banner, but not pay for their own server.

  I think with cheap virtualization now though, its less of an issue.
Anyone who wants to do something like that, I just sell them a VPS.
