Of course ISP's and large ASP/OSP's using internal prorietory setups with separate servers for WWW/MX, and most businesses above SOHO,
would of course use separate servers and IP's.

Many of us techie types use SOHO/NAT etc (because we appreciate the pure
waste of IPv4 space carried out by many others) and other private systems, just like hobbyists.
