this is obsolete. use virtual_alias_maps instead.

catch-alls are a bad idea. better have the list of valid addresses.

we need "evidence" because we can't guess why something that works for
many people doesn't work for you.

show relevant logs as well as output of 'postconf -n'. also, use postmap
-q to test your maps (to make sure lookups return the right values).
