specific admin notices, be rate limited, or otherwise quieted down?
Personally, with that kind of abuse I'd start blacklisting Digital
Ocean IP addresses, or even entire netblocks, and be done with it.
By the way, does anybody have any suggestions for tweaking or tuning
fail2ban's postfix jail?
Out of the box, it actually bans only 1 or 2 addresses, in spite of
dozens after dozens of error reports in the logs.
