Just thinking a bit more about this... If the first test fails, then you can compare the headers and body in the received email with what you sent in the raw email text file, to see if there have been any changes made in-transit. If there aren't any differences, then the most likely explanation for the DKIM failure would have to be a DNS issue - i.e. the server validating the DKIM signature isn't getting the right data when querying for the DKIM selector? In that case you might look at whether you get different results when you query the TXT record (e.g. with "dig" tool) using your local resolver vs. using 8.8.8.8 (for example)?
