RFC 9057 appears to target MUA developers, not MTA developers. See https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9057.html#name-experimental-goals If a message contains Author:, then Postfix will preserve it unless configured otherwise. The header receives no special treatment and its contents are not subject to address rewriting.
