I just spent 1 1/2 hours on a chat with my ISP "tech support." What a
waste of time.
{rant] All I wanted them to do was open a web browser and try and reach
the site from inside the Frontier network. They either couldn't or
wouldn't. I even mentioned that the site was a TOR inner node. I don't
think they knew what that was. The "supervisor" didn't realize there
were more routers belonging to Frontier on a route. Kept wanting to
troubleshoot my router but couldn't because it isn't one of the routers
Frontier provides. [/rant]
