With arbitrary application protocols it is often OK to skip a "newer"
field in a response or request.

However, this being a security policy, information must not be
ignored. (I just deprecated an unused attribute, and that is OK).

Postfix 3.10 is in a code freeze, the last non-bugfix change went
in yesterday.
