Ok i change it so default IANA port 25 means STARTTLS, any other Implicit TLS. I myself did indeed not mean SRV OR MX OR A/AAAA but instead MX aka target domain name known THEN peek SRV (same domain name) for TLS support (and port) THEN A/AAAA. But it seems that ship sailed many years ago.
