What about openssl, which is current version in RHEL9?

The warnings are harmless, you can ignore them, if you wish. They would have been ignored with a later version of Postfix that knows to expect "minor" OpenSSL updates.
That's good news. I was concerned connections might not happen due to incompatibility.
