i do not believe rspamd produces such. as always, i could be wrong.
Mine does, but it has "X-Spamd-Result:" headername.
Also a "X-Rspamd-Action: " header
My rspamd will always add "X-Spam: Yes" for junk mails, no more no less
(under this name...)
