Mail providers are always tweaking things to try and stay ahead of the 
spammers. It may be that this provider you're sending to just got more picky 
and now your lack of a PTR (a.k.a. reverse DNS) record is A Problem.

Note that your DNS records also need to match the name provided in your 
HELO/EHLO's.
