Mismatch where? The DNS AAA record is correct.
No PTR record (NXDOMAIN).
Your SMTP client IP addres 2001:4b98:dc0:43:f816:3eff:fee3:4da0
does not have a PTR record. It should have one that resolves
to the name in the AAAA redcord.
Has the IP address changed?
Has the DNS changed?

Absolutely nothing has changed. I'm the only one who even has a clue how
to make these kinds of changes, and I've been away from this project for
