A Postfix MTA *should* have a local Unbound or similar resolver. I
don't recommend dnsmasq in server deployments. It is optimised for
mobile devices (laptops and such) and makes various correctness
tradeoffs to serve that "market segment". Unless you have to accept
flexibly shoddy DNS, stay away.
