Ralf may have been looking for the wrong info. The "NOQUEUE" logging indicates that the "hold" action is triggered before Postfix has opened a mail transaction. - With "smtpd_delay_open_until_valid_rcpt = yes" (the default), Postfix opens a mail transaction after the first valid RCPT TO command. - With "smtpd_delay_open_until_valid_rcpt = no", Postfix opens a mail transaction after a valid MAIL FROM command.
