It appears that Ubuntu Oracular Oriole 24.10 has a Postfix 3.9 package
but the release isn't until October 10, 2024.

I just compiled Postfix 3.9 on debian, as an inexperienced user, it was
kinda difficult. I managed to get after a day of trail and error. (I
also compiled dovecot and pigeonhole sieve while I was at it.)
