Bill & Noel, thank you both for the assist. Moving my check from sender_checks to client_checks appears to have resolved my issue, I now see some RBL listed M$ host's mail making it past my RBL checks. Seems I always mix up client and sender, somewhere many years ago I got it stuck in my head postfix client checks was IP only.
