I have been cutoff from the Postfix web site due to it apparently being a TOR exit node in Germany. The upstream boffins in the organization say that our organization gets hammered by TOR exit nodes by attacks so they block all TOR exit nodes due to the malicious nature of said nodes.
I thought I would mention this since there was an older thread from some time ago in case there was no awareness about TOR being used on the IP 65.108.3[.]114.
