smtps and sent mail

First question, i have a mail server with postfix, dovecot, mailscanner and fetchmail now one user has bought a certified email account on an external internet provider.
He want to use internal server to sent email through his certified account, is it possible?
How can i set my server to use the certified account to sent mail? I have pop3 and smtps of this certified account.
 
 
Second question, when i sent a mail outlook express make authentication on my server an than sent mail. Sent mail are stored in "posta inviata" by default of outlook, i have used a line command client and i have sent a mail  but i don't find where mail are stored.
Are postfix and dovecot that put sent mail in a directory or is outlook that puts mail in the directory? Why my line command client doesn't put sent mail in "posta invi ata"?
