Thanks for your reply.
I do not have a Linux firewall, and I do not feel ready to tackle that
project at the moment -- unless someone can tell me how to do it easily via
Webmin.
Therefore, I'd like to try editing master.cf. Can anyone give an example of
how to do it? I do not even know what "MUA" means yet (I'll google it next).
But I'm starting from a base of no knowledge. I need newbie-oriented advice.

The only purpose for postfix is to send me messages from system services
such as the DenyHosts report or the report from unattended-upgrades, etc. I
want to receive every alert, but that's all I expect email on this server to
be used for. (I have used sendmail, but only for testing.) I don't plan to
use Postfix on this machine for routine email. (And I am the only user on
the server.)
