The normal recipient (e.g. [EMAIL PROTECTED]) would get a mail with Received: from ... by mail.example.com for [EMAIL PROTECTED] while a BCC recipient (e.g. [EMAIL PROTECTED]) would get a mail with Received: from ... by mail.hell.net for [EMAIL PROTECTED] I don't see any privacy violation.
