No reply for now.

In the meantime they made a small update from jupyter-client 5.2.3 to
5.2.4, according with the changelog the changes only affect Windows:
https://github.com/jupyter/jupyter_client/blob/5.2.4/docs/changelog.rst

So find attached the 5.2.4 version of the port instead of the 5.2.3.
