Yes.
Common sense, and automated sense, because in the vast majority of cases
(i.e. commonplace), the request is automated.
Tho I'm not the one whom you asked. I can say as a long-time Maintainer; that
the solicitation for feedback is automated in the sense that Bugzilla
determines
whom the Maintainer is and CC's them.
I don't follow. What do you mean exactly by "the request is automated"?
Worth mentioning: I sometimes make mistakes when attempting to use the
Bugzilla GUI for such things, despite the on-screen hints that are
intended to avoid mistakes.
