Please stop all other packages and try to install lmsrepack. You could look at the Synology Log Center files. You might see some hints there.
If this fails to, there is something else you can try, and use the lms-update package. Go to http://lms-update.pinkdot.nl and download your package to your PC. (Version 062.006). Now uninstall all lms instances you have. So the official and lmsrepack (if its still there). Reboot your nas. After that, go to your package center in DSM and do a manual install of the package you just downloaded.
