timmyshaft, What worked for me was to move the Squeezeboxserver cache directory to the cache directory on the DataVolume share. Due to the space limitations on the primary partition, where the OS and the program files like LMS are installed, that directory is also the cache directory for twonky. Once I moved the cache to the DataVolume, my scanning problems disappeared.
