AlienBBC is now fine. It seems to stutter a bit at the start when I used SoftSqueeze, but no problems on my Squeezebox.
Once in (say) Radio 4 A-Z menu, the button presses work differently from the way they used to. I am not sure which I prefer. The old way treated the buttons as numbers entered consecutively, so one could go to item 127, for instance, whereas the new way seems to go the the first item beginning with the initial letter of the button. I had a bit of trouble with the button presses in the Radio 4 menu, but I there must be something odd with that page. The old AlienBBC had a Playlists item, that I used for the programs I listened to each week. This does not seem to exist any more.
